Vanke Design Commune
Vanke Design Commune is an auditorium and public interior space in Shenzhen, China. The design uses the existing structures to form a floating path leading from the entrance to the auditorium. Heavy concrete and light metal create a strong contrast, giving the corridor an elevated appearance. The route simplifies circulation and offers a garden-like walk. An independent viewing area above the auditorium is combined with a tea drink space.
