Using regional materials and recycled PET fabrics, the design highlights ecological responsibility. Blending contemporary style with local architectural charm, it offers a serene refuge, harmonizing interior elegance with the surrounding natural beauty, creating an immersive and unique guest experience.

The design was developed based on the client's company name, Phoenix, and was inspired by the concept of Renaissance, with the aim of fostering corporate and cultural revitalization. In light of Phoenix's expertise in real estate, it seems prudent to incorporate natural materials, such as stones and wood, into every detail. The ceiling design has been meticulously crafted to embody the company's image, characterized by a heavy and substantial aesthetic. The railing of the atrium comprises three layers of laminated glass, masterfully crafted to create a sense of depth and dimensionality.
