Maoyuan Jingxi is a show flat located in a townhouse in Beijing. The interior covers 300 square meters and applies a subtraction approach, removing redundant functional spaces and reorganizing the circulation to create an open plan. A series of miniature gardens is brought into the home, giving the occupants varied views. The entrance hallway sits in the middle of the floor plan and serves as the main distribution space. An entrance garden faces the door and fills the area with brightness. Materials include marble, eucalyptus veneer, leather and brass.

Kunyu Mansion is a show flat interior located in Shenyang, China, covering 200 square meters. The design fuses regional elements with a modern style to create a simple living space with a luxury atmosphere. Wenling Blossom Land Model Room is a show flat covering 255 square meters. The interior uses neo-modernist design to combine art with practical living. Colors, materials, lines, light and shadow are arranged to shape a calm and modern home. The open living area softens the boundaries between functions and supports social interaction. The main materials are marble, wood veneer, stainless steel, leather and wall covering. Shenyang Simple Luxury

Shenyang Simple Luxury is a villa interior design arranged over three floors. The open and minimalist layout gives wide views and smooth movement between the rooms. Neutral tones extend from the living room to the dining room, where the walls and floors carry ink painting textures. The living room has a high ceiling and a full-height glass window that brings in ample light, while decorative lamps hang from above. The living room and dining room are left without doors, and a tearoom sits opposite the bar. Cold and warm materials are combined to add layers.

Think Out Of The Box

Think out of the Box is a show flat interior design of 48 square meters, completed in Taiwan in November 2020. The plan places the living room directly behind the entrance door, so visitors reach the social area at once. An open kitchen and a bench dining seat support relaxed interaction. Above the dining table, a triangular shade lamp is paired with a ball lamp to soften the light. A black marble storage wall keeps objects out of sight, and a mirror wall divides the public and private areas of the home.

Super Player

Super Player is a show flat interior located in Beijing, with an area of 274 square meters. The project was created by renovating an existing building as part of an urban renewal program. A modular design idea called X-space allows the units of the apartment to be changed, disassembled, reorganized and expanded according to the needs of the residents. Curved lines run through the space and create a smooth visual experience. Soft leather and metal are widely used. French windows open the interior to the surrounding city view.

Taichung One Palace Residence

Taichung One Palace Residence is a show flat interior located in an upscale district of Taichung, Taiwan. The residence covers 340 square meters and uses marble, wood veneer, brushed metal and wall covering. The public area is divided into three zones for living, dining and study, yet it reads as one continuous space through solid and transparent elements. Contrasts between transparent and solid and between curved and straight forms define the design. Gold tones and water features refer to wealth in traditional Chinese Feng Shui. The result balances traditional and modern character.

Shuxiangyuan Model Room

Shuxiangyuan Model Room is a show apartment interior design of 222 square meters. The interior is concise, flexible and restrained. On the dining area wall, 185 stainless steel bricks are arranged with staggered lap joints and hammered surfaces, an unusual material choice for a home. Elements such as aurora, stars, cloud patterns, ink and plants are interpreted with modern techniques. The ink texture in the living room and the bamboo motif on a bedroom cabinet door were hand painted on site. Stone, tiles, wood veneer, copper and mirrors are also used.

3D Mondrian is a show flat interior design located in Changsha, China, covering about 140 square meters. The design restructures the primary colors and geometric lines of Mondrian's abstract art and transforms these graphic elements into three-dimensional living space. One Park Taipei is a show flat located in central Taipei, Taiwan. The interior covers 500 square metres and includes a living space, a dining room, two kitchens, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a powder room and a butler room. The layout opens the plan to a width of 14 metres and directs the view toward the nearby central park. A silver art glass fireplace forms the central feature. Materials include marble, timber, metal, tinted stainless steel, lacquer, leather and fabric. Lighting scenes change the atmosphere from day to night.

In designing with the purpose of increase aesthetic value, the design team has chosen the living coral tone as the theme color for this unit. In addition, there is a display shelf that features with the exquisite artwork decorations beside. The whole space is beneath under the decorative champagne gold mirror, which was also an echo installation to the wooden strip feature wall back on the sofa. For all of the results, the design team has highlighted the details by using stainless steel and the whole unit was decorated in luxury modern style.

The Golden Riveria

Water is shapeless and formless. The characteristic of water is projected in this interior design. It can become an irregular geometric pattern mosaic wall feature at the door entrance. Meanwhile, a ripple shape chandelier lighting is demonstrated in the dining room. The concept of wavy and curvy extended to every corner of the room in different form of material like mosaic, wall panel or fabric, whilst the use of color like blue, black, white and gold created an appealing accent.
