Mirror Bridge Studio

Mirror Bridge

Studio with Mirror Bridge is an office interior created for a design studio in a ground-floor flat in a 1990s residential neighborhood. The original layout was linear and dark, with one small patio. A twisted vortex of mirror polished stainless steel connects the north and south sides and improves lighting, ventilation and scale. The reflective surface spreads daylight through the interior. The vortex narrows in the lounge area and ends as a curved bar. The form also blocks direct views from the entrance to the work area.

Path of Light Studio

Path of Light

Path of Light is a two-story design studio interior located in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The workspace is arranged like a gallery, where daylight defines openness and flow. Resee Studio

Resee

Resee is a sculptor's studio located in an office building in a high-technology zone in Fuzhou, China. The interior serves as a workspace, a reception area and a meeting space. An oriental landscape garden is placed inside the modern architecture. The design follows traditional Chinese gardening techniques that borrow views from the surrounding space and light. Recycled old wooden boards, paint and gravel are used to keep costs low. Water and electric lines run through the ceiling, so the existing floor is kept intact. Indoor plants and gravel help reduce the use of air conditioning.

Liu Zhi Studio

Liu Zhi

Liu Zhi is a studio interior designed as a workplace close to nature. Simple lines and minimalist white surfaces shape the office.
