Bowl Fantasy

Bowl Fantasy is an interior design project for a modern Cantonese Tong Sui store that serves sweet soup as a dessert. Entering the Tong Sui store is like wandering in space where fragments of bowls are scattered. Bowls fly around appear in different forms and shapes; they are folded and stacked into three-dimensional screen, or they are cut and rearranged as dynamic ceiling design, or even they are sliced and regrouped into giant chandeliers. It is like being in a magical palace sparking one's imagination and bringing out unlimited possibilities to this dining experience.

The One Mansion

The project creates a brand-new Chang'an style product in the form of space with the essence of traditional culture to respond to the spiritual needs of contemporary human settlements. The design breaks the stereotype of regional ancient charm and gentleness, and uses metal, stone, glass and other materials to cultivate the strong spatial temperament of lines. Through national costumes, Chang'an cuisine, Datang palace, silk road, drum music, Qin opera and other elements as the source of inspiration for creation, create a fashionable new city with a sense of science and technology.

Yixian County was founded in the 26th year of Qin Shihuang (221 years ago). It is one of the birthplaces of Anhui Culture. The designer extracted the culture from the fishing village, using the simple and natural design philosophy to recreate the old scene of the water town, integrated Chinese ink painting, silk and lantern into the space for express Chinese culture and advocate a simple, elegant and pure lifestyle.

Decidedly modern, this office takes on a dynamic shape that speaks suaveness and sophistication, while achieving the main objective of functions for privacy and teamwork environment in most sustainable way. Shades of blue with gradient transition at reception brings out corporate identity, different flooring and finishes are used to achieve desirable zone segregation.
