Whispering Silence Residential Interior

Whispering Silence

This open plan residence is finished in artistic coating throughout: a material that absorbs and diffuses light rather than reflecting it, lending the walls a quiet depth that shifts across the day. Floor to ceiling windows allow natural light to move through the space from morning to evening without interruption. Rounded ceiling curves replace angular transitions, creating a continuity of form that softens movement between areas. The combination of matte surface, generous glazing, and fluid geometry produces an interior where stillness feels structural.

Synthetic panels were sourced from several suppliers and hand sanded, sprayed and assembled on site. Clay was hand shaped, perforated and pigmented to recall the strokes of Chinese ink painting. A multi functional room can serve as a bedroom or as part of the public zone.
