Unit City

IT Factory is an office interior created in a renovated industrial building in Kharkiv, Ukraine. The office covers 4500 square meters and operates at all hours, so working zones and resting zones are balanced. Existing concrete structures and metal knee braces were preserved and used as accents of the interior. A double-height space on the second floor adds working places while keeping room for rest. New ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems remain visible as part of the interior. Bright, measured colour accents avoid monotony.

Blank Project

Blank Project is an office interior located northeast of central Changsha, China, with a total area of 800 square meters. The white minimalist space serves as a workplace for an interior design studio and as a showroom for its construction company. A floor-to-ceiling automatic sliding door leads into the showroom, which is lit by small imported spotlights. The spacious main hall is left open for large meetings or gallery-style events. A long lit corridor connects the studio and the showroom, and displays material boards of different textures beside a bench of black carbonized timber.

Denizbank Aquarium

Denizbank Aquarium is an innovation and entrepreneurship center located within a bank headquarters in Istanbul. The office occupies a basement level where daylight is limited. Acoustic panels depicting the sea and water movement cover the surfaces, and textured materials recall the colorful underwater world. Contrasting colors are combined with natural materials to create a vibrant and balanced space. Modules with low ceilings and separated seating groups add comfort. A lighting system imitates daylight to support the motivation and circadian rhythm of employees.

Sharing Art

Sharing Art is a coworking office interior of 500 square meters in Taichung, Taiwan. Large letter installations, reused from a former exhibition, are placed in the workspace as public art and as partitions. Iron frames, metal net plates and glass panels define flexible areas and let light pass through. Simple wooden furniture and open desks without partitions support model making, meetings, drawing and teamwork. A loop layout guides movement, and the white walls allow the space to be used for exhibitions.

Ecco

Ecco Xi'an is an office interior design located in Xi'an, China, covering an area of 1344 square meters. Nordic design elements present a natural and active working atmosphere and extend the brand concept into the space. Open and diversified work areas are combined with varied colors to support the creativity of employees and to balance people and space. Interacting blocks form superimposed parts, and the collage of materials creates contrasting scenes. A leather brick wall recalls the city wall of Xi'an, and shoe lasts decorate the background wall.

Beauty of Orient

Beauty of Orient is an office interior created inside a fifty-year-old house in Taiwan. The indoor area is 99.1 square meters and the yard is 49.5 square meters. Black, white and grey tones of low saturation form a calm and classic setting. Organic curves shape the ceiling and the storage cabinet at the entrance, and an asymmetrical curve marks the second floor. Several partitions were removed and a matte glass screen was added to keep circulation open and bright. Laminate flooring, woodwork, baked paint and stone pattern fabric are used.

Fingerprint Custom is an office interior located in Xiamen, Fujian, China. The design translates the abstract pattern of a fingerprint into spatial form, expressing the corporate value of respecting the creativity of every person. Efficiency guides the layout, with simple partitions and smooth circulation routes. Main materials include white baking lacquer board, water ripple stainless steel, curved glass and natural wood panels. Tranquil

Tranquil is an office interior design located in a four-story building about 40 years old in Taiwan. The total area is 238 square meters, with 59.5 square meters on each floor. Blank space is the main theme. A central partition was removed to widen the narrow layout, and the entrance was set back with slanted glass that brings in daylight and greenery. Curved forms soften a large ceiling beam and reduce its visual weight. Materials include walnut veneer, cement paint, stone veneer and solid wood flooring. Warm gray tones are combined with burgundy and dark blue accents.

Forest Vision

Forest Vision is an office interior designed to bring a forest atmosphere into a workplace. Irregular forms replace the common square layout, and the plan combines honeycomb and cave concepts. Large glass windows let daylight and outdoor views enter the space. Wooden tables and panels are made from driftwood collected thirty years ago and treated with heat instead of pesticides. Iron parts are surplus materials from industrial construction. A water pipe column shaped like a tree trunk hides wiring. The result connects daily work with nature.

The design follows the concept of an atmosphere library, which joins the humanistic character of a traditional local academy with intelligent technology of the present day. Oriental aesthetics guide the shaping of the rooms, while contrast, openness, flow and mutual integration order the details. The quiet interior makes the commercial space feel warm and suitable for reading and rest.

Shanghai Bohua Tower 55F

Shanghai Bohua Tower 55F is an office interior designed for an investment firm with a hybrid work arrangement. The office gives the staff a home base in Shanghai and offers suitable meeting space for investors and guests. The plan is divided by the lobby into a workstation side and a meeting side. Four long tables that recall library reading tables, together with personal lockers, dominate the work area. Private desks are placed behind wood partitions. The minimal material palette is limited to concrete, travertine and pale oak, and the panels, partitions and cabinetry share one module.

OMG

OMG is an open office located on the 35th floor of Gubei Soho in Shanghai. The interior is designed to promote interaction between spaces and people and to improve work efficiency. Half of the plan is a public area that welcomes clients and supports exchange, while the other half is a working area with independent design spaces and ancillary functions. Two conference rooms and two telephone booths are raised above the floor, reached by stairs and outlined by hidden light strips. Smooth curves and hot bent glass connect the structure to the ceiling.
