Winner Land Mansion is a sales center for a residential property in Tianjin, China. The interior serves as a sand table display area, a negotiation area and a lounge. A wave-shaped installation hangs above the sand table area and gives the space an artistic character. Natural light enters through large glass surfaces and links people, nature and the building. The tea tasting area combines books with a lattice wall. The bar lounge uses wood with light and shadow effects. The children's area uses bright colors.

Aoka Sales Office is a sales center in Xianyang, China, covering 12814 square meters. The interior combines modern simplicity with art, using curves, light and shadow, stone forms and geometric elements. The reception desk has a customized curved shape that resembles a sculpture. Artworks and sculptures are placed through the space, and the negotiation area offers a relaxed atmosphere. Hyperboloid surfaces produce changing light effects under different lighting. The design refers to the cultural heritage of the Qinhan New City.

Yango Ji'an Wenlan Mansion

Yango Ji'an Wenlan Mansion is a sales center converted from a row of street shops. The interior covers 200 square meters and is arranged to receive a large flow of visitors. The layout is inspired by the fluid square plan of the Diamond House, and curved lines are used as three-dimensional surfaces to soften the straight edges of the narrow original space. A long corridor screens most of the interior views. Materials are kept simple and include plain wallpaper, copper skirting, gray marble and brushed gold metal panels, layered and separated by facade LED lighting.

Lights and Shadows

Lights and Shadows is a sales center interior located in Henan, China, completed in 2019 and covering 756 square meters. The reception hall is the main activity space, and its design draws on the essence of ancient architecture. Large areas of wood grating and an art sculpture combine generous forms with elegant detail. In the exhibition area, light and shadow are used together to shape the visitor experience. In the discussion area, light bars create order and repetition. The outdoor space guides movement along a winding route.

Yuzhou Langham is a sales center located in Foshan City, China, covering an area of 760 square meters. The design is inspired by a jewelry box and introduces modern and contemporary art elements. The spatial layout draws on the traditional Chinese courtyard and reinterprets it as a half-open space with verandas. A surrealist interactive art installation is placed on the veranda. Metal grid screens divide the space while keeping it transparent. The materials include Irish green stone, ceramic tile in three colors and khaki paint board.

Parallel Remolding

Parallel Remolding is the interior design of a sales center in Jinan, China, covering 500 square meters. The layout is open and integrated, so the different zones are linked without interfering with each other. Stone and wood are combined with metal within a neoclassical atmosphere, and simplified lines replace complicated carving. Light colors dominate the space, while the walls are shaped as three-dimensional geometric reliefs. The reception desk is largely blank and marked by metal lines. Repeated lamps are arranged to give the space rhythm.

The Jinmao Yueshan

The Jinmao Yueshan is a property sales center in Wuxi, China, with a total area of 1300 square meters. The interior follows a new Chinese style that draws on local cultural elements. The layout places the sales space in the front area and the working space at the back. The design takes its inspiration from the nearby mountain and river landscape, Zen, the tea ceremony and calligraphic art. Marble, gray wood finishes, bronze stainless steel components, beige leather, hand-painted wallpaper and wire glass are the main materials. The materials were selected to suit a limited budget.

Yunhe Park is a sales center in Tianjin, China, covering 335 square meters. The interior is inspired by the whale, a symbol of freedom, and is arranged as an imaginative space hidden inside a fish belly. A white staircase spirals upward from the gray floor and works as both a stair and a large sculpture. An oval white bar area forms the center of the plan and serves visitors from all directions. Turquoise sofas and ginger colored seats add color. The space is divided into negotiation, bar and leisure areas.

Wonderful Vision

Wonderful Vision is a residential sales center located in a redevelopment zone in New Taipei City, Taiwan. The interior covers 700 square meters and uses bold colors to express a romantic character. A bamboo atrium meets visitors at the entrance, with the bar as a background and architectural building models placed alongside. Sunlight enters the atrium and softens the boundary between indoor and outdoor space. The VIP rooms are surrounded by water features, and the reflections fall on the glass walls. Decorative walls guide movement and conceal secondary entrances.

E City is a sales center interior located in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. The space covers an area of 425 square meters and was completed in January 2019. The design connects people with nature through a modern style shaped by geometric broken line elements. SCE Jinan Parkview Bay

SCE Jinan Parkview Bay is a sales center located in Zhangqiu, Jinan, China. The district is known as the hometown of Li Qingzhao, a female poet of the Song Dynasty, and has a rich cultural history. The interior is elegant and restrained, arranged like the reading of a lyric poem. A misty landscape backdrop, a fresco with bird totems and red erythrina flowers on the desks add vigor to the static space. Metal lines give a neat and calm impression, while ink elements and soft curves add softness. Bronze with black, white and grey forms the main palette.

Degas Residence is a sales center interior located in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The space covers 800 square meters and uses large blocks of contrasting color. Separate areas are arranged as box-like volumes that connect through horizontal and vertical openings, so each area stays private yet remains linked to the others. Decoration is kept simple, from hard finishes to soft furnishings. Large stone wall panels are set with 2 mm natural stone joints. The ceiling lights take their form from the creel, a local basket, recalling the water town setting.
